Leadership is someone who possesses equitable qualities, such as being equal, honest, moldiness have smooth communication skills, and has the best interest in everyone not exclusively for him or herself. Management is an individual employed by an organization who is accountable and accountable for efficiently accomplishing the goals of the organization (Sullivan & Decker, 2009).

Another example of an effective leader is that he observers his staff, giving suggestions for improvements instead of giving gilds.
