What is my current convey?
What be my strengths?
My strengths are determination, go-getter, assertive, communicate well with others.
What are my weaknesses?
Frustrations organize to shutting down. It may appear as being anti-social or negative unless one talks to me or get to receive me. LACK OF TRUST/FAITH when it comes to leadership. Wanting to ensure something is through with(p) from start to finish ensuring what was asked of me done. Can be a perfectionist at times.
What are the common feedbacks (positive and negative) that I received from others?
I get hold of to put myself out in that respect. I am a potent perish but I need to work on my frustrations. Not let things get to me .
What other performance indicators brush off I nonice?
Sometimes get overwhelmed with stress when there is a heavy workload and Im not getting assistance needed to complete that workload.
Conclusion what are my focus area priorities?
Learn to relax and let things go better if made frustrated or in a complex position.
What is my desired state?
What do I try for to improve and/or achieve?
To obtain a triplex masters degree in order to be more than competitive and successful within todays railway line market. I also hope have obtained the grade of GS-14 in the same or similar series.
On a ad hominem note, I hope to have a family and get my fancy house. Work on adapting better to various environments. (i.e. work, extra-curricular etc.)
Why do I extremity to achieve that? What does it give me?
As irrelevant as it sounds, the best answer is just because I want to. I find gratification in knowing that if I want something, at least I tried to work for it to get it and it wasnt given to me just because. Being an only-child that misconception is use a majority of the time to me by others. However, my family taught me to work for the things that I want and not expect to have them given.
What are my trivial term goals?
