Jim:By taking this course, I learned that its valuable for managers to have an understanding of business in a tortuous environment. I see more clearly how to use the inhibit channels of communication for increased efficiency and effectiveness. I overly have an increased awareness of how ethics and the ethical decision making process can affect managerial decisions. Furthermore, through the Business Analysis Project expected in this course, I now know more clearly how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a business as these are affected by economics, engineering science, and globalization. I know I am in a break dance position to monitor the business environment more most and be more strategic in developing and implementing strategies and simulated military operation to deal with rapidly changing markets.

That leads me to my next question. What do you think are some of the most important things I should walk away with after taking this course?
Jim:I think the most important things are the abilities to make consentaneous ethical decisions based on a sound estimation of the business in a complex environment, to optimize technology and globalization to attain competitive advantage, and to manage others in an progressively diversified work force.
