Reading is real important for the development of the kid. accord to Gargus (2010), the love for books and the joy of drill is critical for every childs development. This is measured both in school supremacy and in meaningful social interactions. The read culture has tho been greatly dented by technological advances in the death decade. Technology has brought with it computer games and different gaming devices, televisions, mobile phones and other portable devices like the tablets. Children ar increasingly getting overt to these devices at an early age hence eroding the rendering culture. Despite all these developments in gadgetry and electronics, the surprising truth is that narration to children or having them read is one of the most significant skills that a child can possess.
Reading in children usually promotes the frantic and cerebral development. In addition to the positive interaction between the child and the parent, reading is a huge way of gaining a foothold into a childs life. Reading books is very educating not only to children but also to adults. Many adults are constantly reading in order to gain more knowledge.



Similarly, in children, books unlock doors to new ideas, concepts and cultures. While people whitethorn view the internet as an excellent resource, books provide the basic principle of the reading skills. Books help to shape the thinking of children and as they go up reading books, they become more knowledgeable and enlightened.
