Carl has been a pleasure to work with, and is very heartfelt at relating to a variety of raft. Process
One of Carls responsibilities on the team is to train newfangled team members about processes on the Oracle account.
Carl has really shined here in learning the Oracle process so quickly, and really understanding the roles and responsibilities of team members on the account.
Carl is a lead in the Operations Certification Project, and has played a key role in working with Katie, and keeping the team on target to meet deadlines, and ensure all information needed for this project to be a success is included. He has good organizational skills, and is able to find needed resources quickly.
