It is also the process of enjoin the behavior of others toward the accomplishment of some common objectives. It is influencing people to farm things done willingly to a standard and quality in a higher place their norm to achieve a shared stretch goal.

Leadership way of life has been shown to be a major factor in the effectiveness of the organization, and different leadership styles are sometimes much effective in different situations. The behavior of almost altogether the leaders is too complex to be described by a single style, and he may modify his or her style to match a given situation. Different approaches exhaust to be used to try to categorize leadership style, exploitation different terms and different criteria for analyzing the issue.

Situational leadership model suggests that leadership style should be matched to the due date of subordinates; in other words, to the situation encountered by the leader. Maturity in this situational context is assessed in relation to twain psychological maturity and job maturity. Psychological maturity refers to the boldness and ability and readiness to accept responsibility of subordinates. Job maturity refers to the relevant skills and technical knowledge possessed by subordinates (Hersey & Blanchard, 1996).
