DOUBT, a parable written by magic trick Patrick Shanley and directed by Jeffrey Sanzel opened at Theatre three in Port Jefferson leaving the audience with a plethora of issues to ponder. This one and half hour production with no quietude covers the complexity of perspectives as Sister Aloysius Beauvier played by Linda Mae, accuses have Flynn, played by Evan Teich of wrongdoing with regard to one of the students at St. Nicholas School set in the Bronx in 1964.
Shanley was raised in a working class Irish Catholic family and tended to(p) St. Anthonys, a Roman Catholic direct (grades K-8), run by the sisters of Charity of clean York.
